Nearly seven weeks of training is over. We have one more full week and then we wrap up our time in Virginia with some closing ceremonies/services. We have had such an incredible time here. We have been able to talk to and hear amazing stories from men and women who are either serving overseas or have served overseas. God is truly at work all over the earth. It is so exciting to see it and hear stories first hand. We are very anxious to hit the road!
The kids have done amazing well during all of this transition and we are EXTREMELY thankful. Praise God! They have slept well. They have made great friends. They have stayed healthy. They have learned lots of things that will be helpful to them (and us parents) to adjust to living in a different culture.
I am extremely thankful for the many sacrificial givers that have made it possible for us to be here as well as for us to go to Spain. Please continue to be in prayer that our visas will come in time for us to head to Spain quickly after we are done here. We still have not heard anything, so we are hopeful that is a good thing.
